1 cup strawberries washed, hulled and sliced

3 cups full cream yogurt

¼ cup honey or maple syrup

15 ml vanilla essence

Extras to add:

Toasted coconut shavings

Raisins or dried cranberries

Chocolate chips



  • Line a baking tin with parchment or wax paper
  • Mix the yogurt, honey and vanilla essence together until smooth.
  • Spread the yogurt mix evenly in the prepared baking sheet.
  • Place the strawberries on top and any other of the suggestions above. I used raisins and toasted coconut.
  • Freeze for 3 hours, then cut or break in to uneven pieces.
