Ingredients
1 Slice oat bread (rye or wholegrain)
2 Slices haloumi
Butter
Lemon slices
Fresh strawberries, sliced
To serve
Red spring onion
Lemon zest
Method :
- Fry the haloumi in butter and lemon juice until golden and soft.
- Toast your bread of choice.
- Layer the toast with haloumi, strawberries, lemon zest and spring onion.
- Serve as breakfast or lunch.
