Orange, Chocolate, Coconut-Strawberry Kebabs

Ingredients

Fresh orange juice
Hot chocolate powder
Desiccated coconut
Strawberries (fresh)
No measurements are given, it depends how many kebabs you want to make!

Method

  1. Wash the strawberries, and remove the top leaves.
  2. Soak the strawberries in little orange juice for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix half of the desiccated coconut with 5ml hot chocolate powder. Keep the other half white.
  4. Make kebabs of the strawberries, roll them in the plain white coconut and
    then in the chocolate coconut. (I have added the leave tops to every kebab
    at the end and the front)
  5. Let the Kebabs stand for 5-8 minutes to create maximum flavour.
    Serve for breakfast, lunch or as dessert!
