• 125 g medium size fresh strawberries (room temperature)
  • 2x wheels of feta, cut into small blocks
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 10x calamata olives, pitted and halved
  • Olive oil
  • Tooth picks


  • Wash the strawberries and cut them into thick rounds
  • Place the strawberry rounds and feta blocks alternatively on top of each other.
  • Place an olive halve on top and hold the stack together with a toothpick
  • Tear the basil leaves in small bits and sprinkle over the stacks
  • Drizzle with olive oil and serve


We often think snacks are best fitted to warmer months, but incorporating snacks in winter can be one of the best ways to up one’s nutrition. These strawberry, feta, basil and olive snack-stacks are loaded with antioxidants and vitamins such as vitamin C and B9.
