Ingredients:
(serves 6)
- 250g Fresh strawberries, rinsed
- 100g White melting chocolate
- Gold & Silver edible sprinkles
Method
- Make sure the strawberries are lightly dried on a paper towel.
- Melt the white chocolate over a double cooker.
- Dip the strawberries in the white chocolate first and then sprinkle with the Gold and Silver edible sprinkles!

A strawberries’ natural fruity flavour pairs beautifully well with white chocolate. Only do a thin layer of white chocolate because of its sweetness. A great idea to use these sparkling berries for is to string them on a Christmas tree as edible decorations!
